Avora ships packages from the United States to Jamaica by air freight, typically three times per week. Our estimated transit time is 2–5 days, starting from when your package arrives at your U.S. shipping address. Processing and customs delays may extend this timeframe, so we recommend placing orders in advance and allowing sufficient time for your packages to arrive.
Avora provides shipment updates via email and online tracking in your customer portal to help you follow your package’s progress. We’ll keep you informed as your package moves through the shipping process.
Our shipping rates are available on our Shipping Rates page. Additional customs charges may apply if your package is flagged by Jamaican Customs for payment. Packages valued over US$100 may be subject to applicable customs duties and taxes.
Packages can be collected from our office in Rio Nuevo, St. Mary. Our hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are closed on Sundays.
Local delivery is available for an additional fee based on distance and the number of packages. We serve Ocho Rios, Rio Nuevo and surrounding areas, including Tower Isle, Boscobel, Oracabessa, Port Maria, Galina, St. Ann’s Bay and Priory. Island-wide delivery is also available through Knutsford Express.
You can pay for your packages when collecting them or online once your bill has been issued. All outstanding charges must be paid in full before your packages can be released.
