Service Agreement

By using Avora's package forwarding services, you agree to these terms. Avora provides a US-based shipping address and forwards packages to Jamaica on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring that all items shipped comply with Jamaican customs regulations.

Prohibited Items

You may not ship weapons, explosives, narcotics, perishable goods without prior authorization, or any items prohibited by Jamaican Customs. Avora reserves the right to refuse or return any package containing prohibited items.

Liability

Avora is not liable for customs delays, duties, taxes, or fees imposed by Jamaican Customs. We are not responsible for damage caused during transit by third-party carriers. Our liability for lost packages is limited to the declared value up to a maximum of USD 500.

Payment

Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight and dimensions. All fees must be paid before packages are released for delivery. Avora reserves the right to adjust rates with reasonable notice.

Account Termination

Avora reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the forwarding service.
